Automotive Franchise ERP — Two-Tier Design, v1 and v2
Franchisee workshop tooling and franchisor governance, designed across two versions.
A web and mobile management ERP for an automotive franchise network, designed across two versions. V2 alone runs to 572 top-level nodes over six pages: 347 children covering franchisee work orders, repair estimates, supplies, tools, cashier and routines, and 168 covering franchisor candidate intake, compliance audits, royalty comparisons and KPI monitoring. A UI/UX design credit — I did not build or operate the system, and its rollout is not something this record can speak to.

Two-tier management ERP for an automotive franchise network specializing in body repair, paintless dent repair, and express detailing. 572 top-level nodes in v2 across six pages, separating local workshop floor operations (347 screens: work orders, quotes, supplies, tools, cashier) from franchisor headquarters governance (168 screens: candidate pipeline, quality compliance audits, royalty collection, and 15-day critical KPI alerts).
Agency employment at Sagitta, delivering as UI/UX designer alongside a development team. The client relationship belonged to the agency. The project originated before my arrival and delivered in two major versions: v1 in March 2024 (484 nodes) and v2 in March 2025 (572 nodes), branched into a separate file for client safety after live viewing access was granted on first delivery.

Automotive franchise operations present a severe dual-audience challenge: the shop floor and the corporate boardroom require fundamentally different software architectures under the same brand umbrella. Workshop managers need high-efficiency data entry that withstands noisy, fast-paced bay operations, while network executives require high-density comparative tables, audit trails, and early-warning financial indicators.
Franchisee operations: from check-in to tool checkout
The franchisee application (Design - Franquias) accounts for 347 screens in v2, mapping the complete lifecycle of a vehicle inside a local franchise unit:
- Work Order Lifecycle (O.S.) — Detailed work order creation, real-time status updates, part attachment (Pop-up Cadastrar OS Peça), technician assignment, and mobile inspection views (Detalhes da O.S - edit mobile).
- Automotive Repair Estimates — Multi-item damage quotes, labor calculations, client approvals, and structured denial documentation (Detalhes do orçamento-negado).
- Supplies and Consumables — Granular stock decrement tracking for paint, abrasives, and primers (saída de insumo-detalhe, saída de insumo-detalhe-histórico).
- Tool Control and Accountability — Active tool checkout logging tracking equipment custody per technician (Ferramentas-em estoque, Ferramentas-com colaborador).
- Workshop Cashier and Daily Routines — Cash reconciliation (Admin Caixa), technician productivity statements (Colaborador-extrato), and opening/closing operational checklists (Rotinas-lista de tarefas).
Franchisor HQ: network compliance and royalty governance
The franchisor governance application (Design - Franqueadora) comprises 168 screens in v2, establishing centralized control across all distributed franchise units:
- Franchise Expansion Pipeline — Comprehensive candidate lead tracking (Lista de interessados), interview evaluations, territorial qualification, and unit onboarding (Cadastro nova unidade - sucesso).
- Quality and Compliance Auditing — Standardized network inspection workflows where field auditors log operational deficiencies (Inadequação adicionada, Detalhes inadequação - Editar), categorize infraction severity, and track mandatory remediation plans.
- Financial Control and Royalty Reconciliation — Multi-unit royalty billing comparison (Financeiro-boletos-comparativo), collection status tracking (Financeiro-cobrança-comparativo), and aggregate network revenue reports.
- 15-Day Critical Indicator Monitors — Early-warning dashboards (Painel crítico 15 dias) tracking workshop revenue deviations, average repair tickets, and forward booking deficits before they threaten unit viability.
The v1 to v2 evolution and client-safety fork
The project delivered in two distinct milestones: v1 (concluded March 2024 with 484 nodes) and v2 (concluded March 2025 with 572 nodes). Because the client had been given active viewing permissions on the v1 file for initial delivery, Sagitta branched the project into a dedicated Laav-v2 file. This isolated production design work, allowing our team to safely stage internal critique sticky notes, audit flags, and expanded workflow variations without disrupting client review.
V2 introduced 43 new screens to the franchisee suite and 41 new screens to the franchisor suite. Key functional additions included multi-density data table variants (Tipos de tabela), explicit modal response-editing confirmations (Pop-up - Editar resposta - Sucesso), and refined mobile views for service advisors walking the shop floor.
A franchise management system cannot survive on generic admin templates. It has to solve the dirty reality of physical bay logistics on one screen and the legal precision of royalty audits on the next.
Verifiable evidence and design discipline
The work is verified across two preserved Figma master files containing 1,056 total nodes. The public brand operates at laavfranquia.com.br, while the software itself serves authenticated users in production. In keeping with this portfolio's strict evidence standards, no native NF-e generation engine or unverified network adoption figures are claimed.
Evidence
The franchise network operates actively nationwide with its brand live at laavfranquia.com.br. The internal ERP system designed in these files is deployed internally behind employee and franchisee authentication. No external operational or financial metrics exist in this portfolio — a confirmed absence across this corpus. The design demonstrates multi-tier automotive operational architecture, complex table density variants, and version-controlled workflow evolution.
