Recruitment Platform & AI-Assisted Vacancy Builder

51 component sets behind a two-sided job board and résumé builder.

A two-sided talent-acquisition platform and job board for candidates and hiring companies, with an AI-assisted vacancy-creation flow, a structured résumé builder and job-management interfaces. I designed the 96-child design page and the 51 component sets on its 76-child design system page, covering company job management, the AI-assisted vacancy builder interface, and candidate search and application. The interface for an AI feature is the credit — I did not build, train or operate any model — and the style guide builds on licensed base primitives rather than original ones.

UI/UX designer for a two-sided talent acquisition platform and job board connecting candidates with hiring companies. Designed the 96-child core design page and 51 component sets across a 76-child design system, engineering a 5-step structured candidate résumé wizard, multi-device candidate onboarding, recruiter job administration, and a dedicated AI-assisted vacancy creation flow (Minhas-vagas/vaga/ia).

Agency engagement at Sagitta between July 11 and November 5, 2024. Designed by adapting and refining proven recruitment patterns from earlier Sagitta projects (Seu Portal de Emprego and Jobs.bet) into a standalone HR-tech platform with AI-assisted authoring capabilities. Juan authored all candidate, recruiter, and design system interfaces; base UI primitives extended Sagitta's licensed Untitled UI kit.

Recruitment platforms often suffer from asymmetric complexity: candidates want straightforward profile creation and clear application feedback, while recruiters require high-speed vacancy distribution and candidate filtering. JobsJoy was designed to address this balance, introducing automated assistance into the job posting workflow to reduce the time needed to draft thorough job specifications.

AI-assisted vacancy authoring: interface for automated job descriptions

The centerpiece of the recruiter experience is Minhas-vagas/vaga/ia (node 284:4012), a dedicated workflow for AI-assisted job authoring. Rather than staring at blank text boxes, hiring managers enter basic parameters (role title, seniority, tech stack, and location), and the interface generates structured sections: role overview, core responsibilities, prerequisite qualifications, and competitive benefits. Recruiters retain full editing control via integrated WYSIWYG controls before publishing.

Structured qualification: the 5-step candidate résumé builder

To ensure standardized applicant data for hiring teams, I designed a multi-step candidate onboarding intake divided into five progressive stages:

  • 1. Informações Profissionais — Basic occupational summary and desired career categories.
  • 2. Escolaridade — Academic background, degree levels, and institutional certifications.
  • 3. Dados Profissionais — Target compensation, employment model preferences (CLT/PJ), and availability.
  • 4. Experiências Profissionais — Chronological employment history with responsibilities and accomplishments.
  • 5. Atividades Complementares — Language proficiencies, technical certifications, and specialized courses.

Design system engineering: 51 component sets and custom controls

The 76-child Design System page establishes a robust component foundation: 51 variant sets adapting Sagitta's base primitives with bespoke domain componentry. Key assets include WYSIWYG editor toolbars (WYSIWYG toolbar/tooltip), segmented verification code inputs, circular qualification progress indicators (Progress circle), recruitment cards (cardLP), and mobile store badges, ensuring consistent visual execution across desktop and mobile devices.

Designing for AI features isn't about claiming the model; it's about giving users transparent controls, preview confidence, and effortless editing before publishing.

Product evolution and design patterns

JobsJoy brought together recruitment patterns first deployed on Jobs.bet and Seu Portal de Emprego. The file represents a refined synthesis of multi-role marketplace workflows, structured onboarding wizards, and AI-assisted enterprise tooling.

Evidence

Completed all candidate and recruiter user flows, desktop and mobile responsive viewports, and the 51-component-set design system. The project did not reach a public production launch. No business metrics exist; this project stands as evidence of AI-feature interface design and structured multi-step intake wizards.
