Brand & Visual Designer for Labore Coworking, a shared workspace, meeting room rental, and private office provider. Authored a 2-page, 15-node Figma asset production system (file key spgFs734QwgWQ0d4yapcfM): structured multi-resolution digital marketing display banners in Full HD (node 3:19958) and 8K Ultra-HD (node 3:21903), designed an exportable workspace iconography library in both scalable vector format (SVG, node 1:13714) and raster graphics (PNG, node 1:13715), and created website hero visual assets and 3D architectural meeting room render references.
Agency employment at Sagitta delivering on September 1, 2023. Juan served as brand and visual designer. The coworking provider required high-resolution digital display banners for on-site physical displays and web marketing, alongside a custom icon library to visually represent office amenities (high-speed fiber, meeting rooms, private phone booths, dedicated desks, and virtual office registrations).

Communicating this value requires visual assets that maintain absolute sharpness across radically diverse media—from large-scale 8K digital display totems in building lobbies to compact amenity icons on mobile booking screens.
Multi-resolution banner production and iconography suite
On the Assets page (node 0:1), I structured a unified visual delivery package for Labore Coworking:

- Not a complex SaaS booking application. This is a dedicated visual asset production package, not a custom room-reservation software platform.
- Not website coding or development. I created the high-resolution visual assets and icon systems in Figma, not the web code.
- Not coworking facility operations. I was the visual designer for the marketing assets, not the manager of the shared workspace.
- Not supported by desk rental metrics. No office occupancy rates or revenue metrics exist in the portfolio record.
