iGaming Recruitment & Learning Platforms — Paired Design

Seven permissioned roles across two linked products, designed as a pair.

Design file for paired iGaming recruitment and learning platforms

A linked pair of iGaming products — recruitment and learning — which we delivered as 649 children across seven wired flows and seven permissioned role surfaces, including card and Pix checkout with waiting and success states, plan management, financial dashboards, and a moderation queue with rejection reasons. The responsive work is the strongest in this portfolio: roughly 180 phone frames across four device sizes. Designed in a pair inside one file, split at component level; the Bubble build was another team's.

The site, liveThe design file

Co-designed two interconnected platforms for the global iGaming sector (Jobs.bet recruitment marketplace and Academy.bet learning platform) totaling 649 frames across seven permissioned roles and seven wired prototype flows. Authored the portfolio's most extensive responsive matrix (~180 purpose-built phone frames across 4 device sizes, plus 3 laptop sizes) and designed localized card and PIX checkouts with dedicated waiting and success states.

Agency engagement at Sagitta between February and July 2024, working in continuous pair design with João Chagas. Tech lead Ramon managed UX discovery and client meetings; product and engineering were led by Silas, Daniel, and Samuel. Juan and João worked simultaneously inside the same Figma file, interleaving at component level within shared screens to meet compressed delivery milestones. Following staged platform approvals, the client signed a formal contract addendum on 2024-03-13 as scope expanded.

Two interconnected platforms: 7 roles and operational moderation

Jobs.bet and Academy.bet form a dual ecosystem for the global iGaming recruitment and education market. Jobs.bet connects specialized candidates, employers, headhunters, and platform operators, while Academy.bet delivers professional coursework, cohort tracking, and certification. Spanning 649 frames across both design spaces, the product integrates monetization mechanisms and back-office governance into a unified operational flow.

Jobs.bet: marketplace dynamics and moderation workflows

The recruitment marketplace (374 frames) balances four distinct roles:

  • Candidato (Job Seeker) — Profile management, professional experience timelines, application tracking (minhas candidaturas), notification alerts, and responsive vacancy details (vagaDetalhes).
  • Empresa (Employer) — Candidate directory, interview calendar scheduling (agenda de entrevistas), and paid job publishing supported by dedicated credit card checkout frames (Pagamento - Cartão).
  • HeadHunter — Specialized multi-company recruitment dashboard, pipeline management (Empresa stage1/stage2), and direct interview scheduling.
  • Admin and Operational Moderation — Financial dashboards with 1-year historical analytics, permission management, and a robust moderation queue (VagasPendentes → VerDetalhes → AceitarVaga or RecusarVaga with a mandatory structured rejection reason RecusarVaga/motivo).

Academy.bet: cohort management, Brazilian PIX, and student tracking

Academy.bet (275 frames) structures three specialized education surfaces:

  • Aluno (Student) — Single-step streamlined registration, course dashboard (Painel de cursos), video lesson player, calendar, and purchase history (Histórico de compras).
  • Tutor (Instructor) — Course catalog, five-state cohort management (Minhas turmas), student progress inspection (alunoProgresso), and direct student messaging.
  • Admin (Operations) — End-to-end course creation and editing CRUD, lead pipeline tracking, financial revenue reporting, and instructor onboarding workflows.
  • Dual Payment Rails (Card and PIX) — Complete localized Brazilian checkout with distinct waiting and success states for both Credit Card (Pagamento - Cartão/Espera) and instant PIX (Pagamento - Pix and Pagamento - Pix/Sucesso).

Benchmark responsive coverage: 180 dedicated mobile frames

Jobs and Academy.bet represent the benchmark responsive achievement in this portfolio. Rather than relying on generic fluid scaling, we authored roughly 180 dedicated phone frames across four distinct device viewports: iPhone 13 mini (110 frames on Jobs, 70 on Academy), iPhone SE, iPhone 8 Plus, and iPhone 14/15 Pro Max, alongside desktop adaptations across MacBook Air (15 frames) and MacBook Pro 16/17. Every complex table, filter bar, and moderation screen was purpose-architected for each screen class.

Collaborative pairing inside a single production file

Agencies frequently struggle with version conflicts and siloed designers. On Jobs and Academy.bet, João Chagas and I maintained continuous synchronization inside a single Figma workspace, establishing shared naming conventions and dividing tasks dynamically at the component level to beat tight client milestones. The client validated every milestone, and when project scope grew mid-engagement, signed a commercial contract addendum on 2024-03-13 — proving the commercial velocity and reliability of our paired workflow.

Agencies don't just hire solo designers; they need professionals who can open someone else's file, adapt to existing conventions without ego, and deliver in tight synchronization. We proved that across 649 frames and seven prototype flows.

Verified production status and visual documentation

The style guide documents positive and negative logo variations for both brands (Jobs.bet and Academy.bet), primary Congress Blue and Web Orange color ramps, typography rules, spacing scales, and a CTA fade gradient. While implemented as visual documentation rather than a bound token library, the platform was audited against a formal Bubble QA verification checklist on 2024-07-11. Jobs.bet is deployed live in production, serving as an audited public proof point of enterprise-scale recruitment software.

Evidence

Fully approved across staged reviews in February–April 2024 and verified against a comprehensive Bubble QA checklist on 2024-07-11. Jobs.bet is live in production with a public web shell. Designed 7 complete prototype user flows across Candidate, Company, HeadHunter, Jobs Admin, Student, Tutor, and Academy Admin. Demonstrates proven capability to deliver collaboratively inside high-velocity multi-role products without individual ego.
