Pharmacy Chain — Landing Page & Loyalty Capture

Loyalty club signup and job-application capture across eight screens.

Landing page and loyalty capture design for a pharmacy retail chainLanding page and loyalty capture design for a pharmacy retail chain

A retail customer-capture and institutional landing page for a regional pharmacy network: loyalty club signup, store locator, brand history and candidate job-application flows. I designed eight core responsive screens across desktop and mobile — the updated landing prototype, a phone view, the about page and an application-success state — benchmarking pharmacy retail patterns and wiring both the loyalty-club and job-application capture. A design credit only: no production URL was recovered for this build.

Sole website UI designer for an omnichannel customer acquisition landing page and careers portal for a 44-store regional pharmacy retail network in Greater São Paulo and ABC Paulista. Designed 8 responsive core screens across desktop and mobile, structuring loyalty program capture (Clube MaisFeliz with cashback and cosmetic discounts), store locator directory (Lojas), brand institutional heritage (30-year milestone), and job application intake (Trabalhe Conosco / Sucesso candidatura).

Agency engagement at Sagitta between March 15 and March 26, 2024. Designed as sole website UI designer alongside Kelvin Bezerra (visual identity) and a no-code developer (WordPress implementation). Built to modernize the digital footprint of a regional retail pharmacy network founded in 1992, creating dedicated conversion pathways for customer loyalty signups and candidate hiring.

Retail pharmacy UX: 44 physical stores meet digital loyalty capture

primary conversion funnels (Loyalty Capture & Job Applications)

Brick-and-mortar pharmacy retail relies heavily on local customer retention. With 44 stores across Greater São Paulo and the ABC Paulista region, Rede Feliz Farma required a streamlined digital entry point designed to convert store foot traffic into registered loyalty members while providing a high-volume talent pipeline for pharmacy technicians and clerks.

The dual-funnel architecture: Clube MaisFeliz and talent acquisition

I engineered the landing page around two prioritized conversion funnels benchmarked against industry standards (including Drogasil retail benchmarks):

  • Clube MaisFeliz Loyalty Enrollment — Clear value proposition outlining prescription discounts, cashback mechanisms, and promotional cosmetic campaigns, with high-contrast mobile registration fields.
  • Physical Store Locator (Lojas) — Integrated regional directory helping shoppers identify nearby branches, opening hours, and dedicated delivery WhatsApp channels.
  • Institutional Heritage (About) — Celebrating the brand's 30-year operational history since 1992, humanizing the pharmacy through pharmacist leadership portraits and community impact.
  • Careers Intake (Trabalhe Conosco / Sucesso candidatura) — Structured applicant intake form allowing pharmacists, cashiers, and stock clerks to submit qualifications directly into store hiring queues.

Responsive mobile execution: iPhone 13/14 optimization

Because over 80% of retail pharmacy customer traffic originates on mobile devices, I designed the mobile viewport (iPhone 13 & 14 - 1) as a first-class priority rather than a compressed desktop layout. Visual touch targets were calibrated for thumb reach, form fields used single-column input patterns, and store locator buttons integrated one-tap geolocation triggers.

Retail landing pages must respect local customer habits. For a 44-store network, digital success isn't vanity traffic; it's getting customers registered for the loyalty program and directing them to their neighborhood pharmacy.

Evidence

Implemented on WordPress by the agency's development team, but the client ultimately rejected the build and retired the landing page, replacing it with an app billboard. The current public domain serves an enterprise VTEX e-commerce storefront rather than Juan's deliverable. No metrics exist; this project stands as evidence of retail pharmacy lead-generation UX and loyalty program enrollment design.
